We offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. After this period, returns and refunds will not be accepted, except in cases of confirmed manufacturing defects.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. The customer must provide the original order number and full name to initiate the return process.

Customers must inspect their order immediately upon delivery and report any defects, damage, or incorrect items without delay.

If a defect is reported, we reserve the right to determine whether the issue is caused by a manufacturing fault. We may require the item to be returned for inspection before approving any refund or replacement.

If we have reasonable grounds to believe that the issue is not caused by a manufacturing defect, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs (return and reshipping).

If the issue is confirmed to be due to a manufacturing defect, we will cover all associated costs. The customer will be eligible for either a replacement item or a refund for the affected product only.

Custom-made and personalized products (including items with custom text, logos, or individual specifications) are excluded from returns and refunds.

This exclusion does not apply in cases of verified manufacturing defects. If a custom product has a confirmed quality issue caused by us, the customer is entitled to a replacement or refund as outlined above.

All products are intended for proper use only. We are not responsible for damage caused by:

• Incorrect installation or improper use

• Modifications or alterations after delivery

• Normal wear and tear

• External factors (e.g. crashes, environmental damage, heat exposure, chemicals)

The customer is responsible for ensuring correct installation and compatibility with their vehicle.

We do not accept returns or refunds for products that have been used, installed, or damaged after delivery, unless a manufacturing defect is clearly proven.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

• Custom-made or personalized items (unless defective)

• Sale items

• Gift cards

We do not offer direct exchanges. If eligible, customers must return the item and place a new order.

For orders delivered within the European Union, customers have the legal right to withdraw within 14 days without providing a reason.

This right does not apply to custom-made or personalized products, except in cases of manufacturing defects.

Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and include proof of purchase.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether the refund is approved or rejected.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
